    system:

    (3) Screening and Evaluating Prospective Candidates
    (4) Candidate Presentations and Organizational Interviews
    (5) Final Candidate Selections/Reference Checking  
    (6) Final Offer

    We typically conduct 60 to 80 executive searches annually.
