Scion Staffing, Inc. (www.scionstaffing.com), a full-service national staffing firm, has been engaged to conduct a search for an HR Manager for a very successful and long-standing Manufacturing company in Kent, WA

This HR Manager role will provide tactical support in the areas of employee relations and development, performance management, succession planning, talent engagement and retention strategies, benefits management, and change management.

We are seeking an HR Manager to partner with the leaders of the company and staff.  This means you will not be in your office behind a desk all day. We want you to walk the floor and meet with the teams and get to know them.  A great opportunity to be a cultural leader!

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of HR Manager experience in a manufacturing/factory environment required
• Experience with collectively bargained workforce preferred
• Bachelors Degree required
• SPHR or PHR preferred
• Ultipro 
• Demonstrated ability to transition manual HR processes to automated processes
• Solid knowledge of Washington State employment law, regulations, and statutes – compliance focused
