Scion Staffing is seeking a new Regional Manager of Staffing & Recruitment to join our dynamic team to work in our expanding contract and permanent search divisions. This position is a local remote position in the Los Angeles area and is focused on servicing our existing book of business in the Los Angeles Area. OVERVIEW
The Regional Manager of Staffing & Recruitment is primarily responsible for servicing the firm’s direct hire and contract business in Los Angeles, and Southern California region. S/he/they will be leading hands on work and growing a new team via full life-cycle recruiting; sourcing, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for administrative, finance, human resource, operations, nonprofit and management positions for Scion Staffing clientele. This position requires exceptional hands-on account management skills, relationship development savvy, and innovative strategies for effective temporary and direct hire talent recruitment. This position also has exceptional room for professional growth! Total compensation for on target first year is $100,000+ and has the potential for considerably more with uncapped commissions. We offer fully paid individual health and a competitive starting base salary (starting from $65,000 to $85,000+ DEO) plus competitive recruitment commissions, great benefits, additional quarterly and annual individual and team bonuses!
