Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been retained to conduct a search for a contract Nonprofit Finance Coordinator for an incredibly impactful nonprofit organization located in New York, NY! This is an amazing opportunity for an individual who is passionate about working with a mission-oriented team that will add value to their everyday work.
 
This is a 6-month remote contracted role with a M-F 9am-5pm schedule.
 
Responsibilities:
-Assist with accounts and record transactions relating to assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses in Fund E-Z.
-Transfer payroll data and transactions from ADP to Fund E-Z
-Catch up on credit card transactions.
-Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into ADP.
-Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
-Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
 
Requirements:
-1-2 years of nonprofit bookkeeping experience.
-Skilled in Excel.
-Positive attitude and proactive.
-Experience using ADP & Fund E-Z.
 
Compensation:
$22-$25 per hour (DOE) in addition to health benefits and sick time.
