The Director of Operations will spend a significant amount of time on-site, learning about our client’s unique system design, offering feedback, refining methods of procedure, and ensuring the project is successful. Ideally, our client is seeking a seasoned telecom technician who is seeking career advancement and growth!
 
The Details
-This is a full-time, onsite direct hire position!

What you will be doing
-Build and manage budgets/timelines to support construction in Seattle and beyond
-Create and manage build schedules in coordination with construction partners
-Vet build designs and provide input into build budgets and associated costing tools
-Keep current on all technology, certifications and associated training required by vendors
-Work with the senior team to create annual construction budgets based on build quantities and timelines
-Engage in the hiring and development of staff
-Forecast labor requirements and help refine job descriptions
-Create methods of procedure, streamline installation practices, and create quality control documentation
-Track projects and associated time spent associated with each technology
-Ensure that timelines are met, accurate and within budget
-Continually look for ways to improve productivity within the operating systems and implement changes as needed
-Provide exceptional customer service to design and work closely with customers
 
What you have to offer
-Extensive experience in wiring policies, procedures, and manuals
-A PMP certification
-Experience in designing, implementing, and installing telecom systems
-A current telecom administrators license, or electrical administrator license is preferred
-Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced hand on work environment
-Experience with meeting deadlines and staying on budget
-Proven ability to pay close attention to detail and stay organized
-Professionalism, a team approach, strong business ethics, creativity and perseverance
-Ability to analyze data, findings, rational and to develop and support business goals
-Strong time management skills, with the demonstrated ability to prioritize detailed projects
