Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) is seeking a Business Development Representative for our amazing, innovative client in Fremont, CA. Our client is looking to bring in new Business Development Representatives to help them expand their market presence as they pivot to a new target audience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Generate warm leads through cold calling and email campaign strategies
• Explain benefits and present value propositions to potential customers
• Build market presence for a growing sector of this established company
• Participate in an enhanced career path and training program
• Qualify both inbound and outbound opportunities and develop a strong pipeline

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Previous experience in sales prospecting
• Ability to generate an organized sales pipeline
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and ethics
• Ability to pick up the phone and call
• Can-do, positive attitude with a will to win to meet and exceed sales targets
• Possess strong communications and interpersonal skills, with an engaging personality
• Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening ability
• Prior role in B2B sales is a plus

COMPENSATION:

This position is offering a competitive base salary of $43K+ per year to start, plus benefits, paid sick leave, and 401K after one year of employment. In this role you will also have the opportunity to grow professionally!
