Scion Staffing(www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a high-priority search for a full-time, night shift Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to manage our clients testing facility. We are conducting this search on behalf of our client, a state-of-the-art medical testing laboratory located in Linden, New Jersey. Overview

The Clinical laboratory supervisor will be working closely with the Director of Laboratory services to supervise the day to day clinical laboratory operations. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance of medical testing within the laboratory. Additionally, the supervisor will ensure that laboratory technicians are responsive to client inquiries or problems that arise and that personnel are maintaining proper SOPs.


What you'll do

• • Oversite of testing personnel while testing is performed
  • Monitor test analyses to ensure quality levels of analytic performance
  • Resolve technical issues within the laboratory
  • Provide orientation and training to lab technicians as well as annual performance management
  • Perform scheduling, planning, staffing, and monitoring of laboratory workflow
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance within regulatory standards
  • Generate and maintain proper SOPs within the laboratory to maintain controlled clinical environment
  • Calibrating laboratory equipment
