Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our client, a leader in engineering innovation and manufacturing company located in Tigard, OR! This position works on a wonderful team and is a contract opportunity with an immediate need!
 
OVERVIEW
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be working closely to deliver a high level of customer service to clients, input and organize data, and complete tasks with integrity and high attention to detail!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients.
  • Answering all client questions as they arise.
  • Entering data for purchase orders.
  • Creating purchase orders and invoicing the client.
  • Reconciling data.
  • Assisting with additional tasks as presented.
     
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Previous purchase order and invoicing experience.
  • Skilled in Excel.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Bilingual (Strongly preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
  • Highly dependable and punctual.
  • A positive attitude and ability to adapt to an everchanging environment.
     
COMPENSATION:
This position offers a competitive rate of up to $22.50 per hour depending on experience! Additionally, this position comes with health, dental, and retirement benefits while on contract!
