Scion Staffing, Inc. (www.scionstaffing.com), a full-service national staffing firm, has been engaged to conduct a search for a Temporary Executive Assistant for our amazing, faith-based client located 30 minutes south of Denver, CO! Our client is a Christian church well known for its openness to all and its focus on social, economic and other forms of justice.
Our client is seeking a candidate with at least 2 years' experience providing direct support to one or more executive leaders as an executive or administrative assistant.
This position will provide efficient and responsive support in a variety of ways to the Pastor/Reverend of the church, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, coordinating high-level meetings like Board meetings and other administrative tasks.
Position responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for this position will be outgoing and passionate about kind, friendly customer service. This person must also be organized, able to take direction and pivot priorities to ensure fantastic support is provided.
Previous nonprofit experience is required.
