Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our clientbased in Dallas, TX! This position is a contract to hire opportunity with a well established company!
OVERVIEW:
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be working closely to deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism to customers, answer incoming calls, coordinate team dispatch, input and organize data, and complete tasks with integrity and high attention to detail!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Providing excellent customer service to clients.
Answering incoming phone calls.
Assisting with additional tasks as presented.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Bilingual- Spanish & English (Required!)
Previous customer service experience.
Ability to answer the phone professionally.
High attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
Highly dependable and punctual.
A positive attitude and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
COMPENSATION:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15- $19/hour depending on experience; weekly pay!
