Scion Technical Search has been engaged to conduct a search on behalf of our client, an incredible company in the healthcare industry that is seeking a contract-to-hire Remote Senior Technical Recruiter based out of the Portland, OR Area.

Pay - $40-$5 HOURLY
Contract Length - 60 days, potential to go perm/get extended

 

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine technical hiring needs
  • Managing sourcing and workforce planning for crucial and hard to fill positions.
  • Partnering and strategizing with management to successfully coordinate interviews, arrange travel and assess fit.
  • Extending offers of employment, lead the negotiation phase and administer the onboarding process.
  • Cultivating a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations.
  • Developing recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals. interested in technical and IT related position for our client.
  • Utilizing phone, text, and email to recruit prospects from our database, social media, and industry specific web sites.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Consistently meeting and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas and Talent Acquisition to meet recruitment goals and create impact.

What you will need:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of IT focused recruiting/
  • Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training and experience.
  • Must understand the technical certifications be able to successfully recruit proven talent for a variety oh healthcare based technical roles. 
  • Prior experience recruiting information security positions required.
  • Expertise filling critical and hard to fill positions is required.
  • Selected candidate will undergo and background check and drug screen process.
