Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to lead a search for an Assistant Escrow Officer for our client, an amazing well-known Independent Escrow Company in Los Angeles, Ca. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process opening orders, initiate file set up, allocate funds and write transmittals for funds and documents for the escrow process
• Prepare documents for closing and manage complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions
• Provide efficient customer service by speaking with borrowers regarding refinances
• Act as a liaison between the customer and parties involved in transactions
• Compile and process escrow instruction packages
• Convey requirements and other information to clients including Title exceptions

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 2 years' experience performing escrow related duties
• Experienced with RBJ Software is a plus
• Previous experience in Banking or Real Estate
• Good administrative skills
• Must be customer service oriented
• Must be discrete and confidential
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Legal Assisting, or similar field

COMPENSATION:
This direct hire opportunity offers a pay rate of $23+ hourly, depending on experience. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to grow professionally!
