What you will be doing:

• Responsible for implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise applications
• Provides application customization and maintains documentation
• Collaborates with cross functional teams to maintain efficiency, consistency and achieve successful implementation of application
• Provides go-live and post-production functional and technical support
• Administrates applications, monitors utilization, and makes recommendations on application changes/updates
• In partnership with the Service Desk, provides high level support for applications
• Trains end-users in application functionality and advises on best practices
• Provides technical guidance for evaluation of software application
• Creates functional design document and other relevant documents for end users
• Analyze system settings, modify configuration, and update procedures to solve interface problems

What you will need:

• 3+ years of experience as an Applications Analyst or related role
• Knowledge of scripting, coding and application software
• Firm grasp of SQL
• Bachelor’s degree required
