Scion Technical Search is seeking a Help Desk Technician Tier II for our amazing, passionate client in Irvine, CA. This proactive, committed team is seeking an ambitious Help Desk professional who’s excited to shake up the status quo and tackle outside-the-box problems!

This position is ideal for a Help Desk professional who’s seeking a long-term fit in a stable industry. They’re seeking to invest in someone who’s ready to grow with the team.

What you will be doing:

• Serving as first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting a variety of technical issues
• Guiding customers through the problem-solving process
• Identifying and suggesting possible procedural improvements

What you will need:

• 2+ years of Help Desk experience at the Tier II level
• Expertise in Windows OS, O365, Active Directory, Adobe Products, Outlook, VPN/RDP
• Excellent diagnostic capabilities and tenacity to resolve technical issues
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
