Scion Staffing, Inc. (www.scionstaffing.com), a full-service staffing firm, is seeking a Temporary Purchasing Coordinator for our client in Boulder, Colorado! This is a five to six-week position (through the end of February) starting as soon as possible!
The schedule for this role will be:
Week 1: Mon-Thu, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (20 hours)
Week 2 and beyond: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – past 2:00 PM (30+ hours a week)
Reporting to the VP of Purchasing and the Purchasing Manager, this role will work regularly with vendors on the phone and via email. Additionally, this role will regularly work in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets) and do basic data entry into Google Sheets or Excel Spreadsheet.
We are seeking a collaborative, friendly candidate who can jump in, learn from others quickly and support the team!
