Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for a SaaS Sales Manager (remote) for our client, a rapidly growing, global, construction, and facility management SaaS company!


The Sales Manager is responsible for driving New Client acquisition from both our direct and indirect sales channels to accomplish business goals set annually. The ideal Sales Manager will have strengths in Sales tactics for SaaS business, reporting capabilities regarding pipeline, strong forecasting skills and self-driven focus to ensure account executive goals are met and exceeded, thus meeting or exceeding expectations in global business goals. 



Responsibilities:
  • Manage a remote staff of 6-10 people spread across the US
  • Host/Attend meetings as required including but not limited to team meetings, 1:1 meetings, client meetings
  • Grow team as business needs require, onboard and train using your expertise and skill set
  • Report sales metrics monthly on established format to meet global business needs utilizing CRM (HubSpot)
  • Effectively communicate and present the companies solution and overall value proposition to all levels of a prospect organization as the Account Executives do in their day to day
  • Interact with prospects and customers on a daily basis to drive opportunities
  • Develop tactics and training to deploy with staff with regards to prospecting, sales and contract negotiation to achieve goals of the business  
  • Travel (when available and as required) to various events as necessary (estimated less than 20%)
  • Coordinate with finance as required in relation to deal closures, etc
  • Coordinate with Product Management to ensure company continues to meet the needs of clients and prospects with it relates to product gaps or market trends
  • Coordinate onboarding of closed deals with companies onboarding staff and account executives
 
Requirements:
  • 8 year’s experience with SaaS based B2B Sales Management
  • Construction industry preferred
  • HubSpot CRM experience
  • SAGE sales channel experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet established quota
  • Experience settings individual and team sales goals
  • Demonstrate history of substantial revenue growth within SaaS product
  • Sales tactics and negotiation skills to further evolve team
  • Able to analyses data and statistics and translate into increased closure rate
  • Results-oriented
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast moving environment and think on the run, with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work within a team to accomplish business goals while maintaining personal goals as well
  • Reporting capabilities regarding pipeline health, deal closures and forecasting for future growth
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively


Compensation & Benefits
This opportunity offers a very aggressive commission structure plus a base annual salary between up to $150,000 + commission based on the sales quotas being met, but the STI is uncapped . Our client also offers 401K, health, dental, vision insurance, paid holidays, vacation, computer set-up, and cell phone benefit!
