Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a high-priority search for a Direct Hire Traveling Radiologic Technologist on behalf of our client, an innovative diagnostic imaging medical facility located in Milwaukee, WI. Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist who demonstrates quality work through taking X-rays for patients, managing machines radiation levels, and ensuring quality care and compassion for patients.

About You:

• You hold a Bachelors or Associates degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
• You are certified through ARRT as well as hold appropriate state licensure.
• You come with hands on experience working as an X-Ray Technician
• You have the ability to lift or hold patients.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You have a passion for helping patients.
• You thrive in an autonomous environment.:

What you’ll do:

• Reviewing physician orders before conducting procedures.
• Monitor, and use X-Ray equipment accurately to take radiographic imagines of patients.
• Educate patients on the process of each procedure.
• Limit patients exposure to radiation by shielding where needed.
• Maintain patient records and reports accurately.
   

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers up to $24/hr. with an additional on call rate, a per stop incentive bonus as well as numerous other bonus incentives. In addition to compensation,  a robust benefits package is offered including medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
