Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct the search for a Temporary Remote A/R Collections Specialist for a fitness company with corporate HQ in Southern California.

In this Collections role, you will be making calls to 150 past due accounts to get them all caught up.

Responsibilities:

• Collections calls (200-300 a week)
• Validation of and input of data for accounts receivable billing; including generation of customer invoices
• Organizing and data entry into an Excel spreadsheet and NetSuite on collections status
• Generation of receivables reports as requested

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Accounts Receivables experience
• 2-3 years of Collections experience
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Remote work office space set-up
• Advanced Excel skills

Details:

• Pay range: $20-$23hr
• Full time hours M-F.  PST clients
• 1-2 month contract
