• Oversee management responsibilities in a fast-paced title office.
• Process twenty to thirty transactions per month.
• Provide end-to-end supervision of the complete transaction process from order receipt through post-closing.
• Lead, coach, and mentor two to three direct reports.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, builders, and lenders to prepare transactions for closing.
• Conduct closings which includes maintaining closing schedules.
• Disburse proceeds and ensure post-closing transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Process policies for title insurance to be sent to buyers and or lenders as needed.
• Perform financial management of escrow and operating accounts, including managing wire transactions.
• Manage partnerships with agents and builders to ensure a consistent flow of transaction volume.
• Liaise with corporate office on financial and business matters.

• 5+ years of title transaction expertise.
• Leadership experience.
• Closing knowledge.
• Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor.
• Valid Florida title insurance license and Florida notary preferred.
• Familiarity with title-specific software.
• Must be highly customer focused with impeccable detail orientation.

This exciting, full-time opportunity offers an incredible team, a positive work environment, and the ability to make an impact helping people in the community. Starting compensation includes a competitive salary between $60,000 and $70,000 dependent on experience plus bonus potential. The benefit plan includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
