Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for a direct-hire Registered Nurse for our client, an impactful organization dedicated to providing supports to people with developmental disabilities, based in Tigard, OR. This is an amazing full-time, direct-hire opportunity with an immediate need.

What You’ll be doing:
- Providing a written annual nursing assessment for each individual living in assigned residential homes.
-Reviewing individual Medical Support plans at least monthly and communicating findings with Nursing staff, House Coordinator and Program Director.
-Assisting the ISP team in determining the individual’s needs for assessments and monitoring by other health care professionals.
-Documenting services provided in an acceptable time frame during or immediately after care is provided.
-Communicating changes to patient status to appropriate team members to ensure timely attention to patient needs.
-Following nursing standards in the preparation and follow-up of patient visits.
-Educating patients and caregivers about the treatments provided.
-Performing additional duties as necessary.
 
What You Have to Offer:
-Registered Nurse with a license to practice in Oregon.
