Our client’s mission is to enhance patients’ lives through biomedical research. We are in search of a full-time Clinical Laboratory Scientist to work in their exciting laboratory! What You'll Do

• Work alongside an exciting and collaborative team to set up and perform high complexity tests.
• Prepare reagents and maintain inventory of reagents and supplies.
• Perform instrument maintenance and maintain daily QA/QM charts.
• Perform other QA/QM tasks, e.g. proficiency testing, competency assessment, parallel testing of instruments and reagents and maintain records of QA/QM activities.
• Performs data entry into LIS and other databases.
• Supervise non-licensed personnel.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

About You

• You hold a CLS certification in the state of California.
• You have experience handling potentially dangerous substances (flammable liquids, infectious bacteria, biohazards etc.).
• You are experienced in the life sciences or medical technology/biotech industries
• You are extremely passionate about advancing medical therapies
• You are extremely organized and thorough in data documentation and conducting SOPs
• You have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• You are a motivated self-starter ready to hit the ground running!
