Are you a medical Credentialing Specialist seeking the opportunity to move up into an Analyst role? Or a current Analyst seeking a change over to a new organization?

Scion Staffing, Inc. (www.scionstaffing.com), a full-service staffing firm, has been engaged to conduct a search for a Medical/Dental Credentialing Analyst for our client, a national medical services and support company. This role is a full-time, in-office role based in downtown Chicago and is for immediate hire.

Position Overview:

Working with insurance companies and medical/dental offices, the Credentialing Analyst ensures speedy and accurate completion of all credentialing paperwork for all medical/dental providers. This includes:

• Insurance credentialing and re-credentialing for insurers (private and public).
• Manage and maintain all credentialing paperwork.
• Maintain accurate insurance directories along with directory of insurer fee schedules.
• Ensure credentialing process is timely by performing regular follow up, as needed.
• Ensure hiring managers and other staff are informed of credentialing updates, as needed.

This role will also work to improve any related processes and procedures and perform audits to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

What You Bring:

• A minimum 2 years’ experience in credentialing.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid.
• Experience with credentialing software.

• Competitive compensation of $40,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on experience!
