• Support with outreach to identify community needs for Emergency Rental Assistance
• Help identify specific underserved communities and organizations serving at-risk populations
• Identify nonprofits to serve as on-the ground partners for housing relief efforts
• Cultivate new and existing partnerships, and support grant management and project oversight
• Assist Field Operations Management with technical assistance (as needed) to selected non-profits, as it pertains to application assistance for rental relief
• Assist Field Operations Management to develop and deliver training workshops to tenants, landlords, and nonprofits and other events as needed
• Provide communications materials and outreach to nonprofits, government agencies, and key stakeholders, as required under the direction of Field Operations Management
• Help to oversee and add value to the overall housing relief experience by working across the team to identify challenges and opportunities
• Assist the team in all aspects of program delivery as required
• Travel within appropriate geographic area may be required, but will adhere to COVID safety requirements and regulations

• 3+ years of related work experience in housing or community development
• Direct experience with advocacy and community-based nonprofits strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, outreach, and project management skills required
• Additional language skills a plus
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite  
• Work effectively and efficiently on multiple tasks and projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Work effectively and efficiently in a remote work environment
• Bachelor's Degree 

COMPENSATION:

This opportunity offers a pay rate of $27+ hourly, depending on experience. There is great potential to grow professional while working for an organization that makes a difference.
