Our client is a well-known senior caregiving organization located in Seattle, Washington. This is an exciting direct-hire opportunity! What You Will Be Doing:

• Performs assessments upon client admission
• Develop and revise care plans as client needs change.
• Participates in and evaluates training of care staff.
• Communicates with community health stakeholders to arrange the care plan.
• Participate in regular audits with regulatory bodies.
• Using your excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and basic math skills.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Washington or willing to have your current State license transferred.
• Positive attitude and hunger to do real work and make a difference.
• Should be familiar with Joint Commission standards and Washington State DOH WACs for in-home care services
• Local travel required up to 60% of the time
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail
