Scion Nonprofit Staffing (www.scionnonprofitstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a new search for a Clinical Manager for our client, a nonprofit focused on addressing criminal justice issues that impact underrepresented youth. This direct-hire position is based out of Brooklyn, NY, and is for immediate hire!
What you’ll be doing:

Provide supervision and support to Mental Health Clinicians.

Closely partner with the Vice President of Mental Health Services.

Manage clinic operations, including improving efficiency, productivity, engagement, and retention.

Supervise, train, and mentor clinicians, clinical interns, and support staff.

Monitor client charts, prepare reports and create case documentation.

Complete intake interviews and oversee case management services.
-
Build relationships with other community-based organizations
What you have to offer:
-
Mental health case management experience.
-
Knowledge of OMH regulations.
- 2+ years of two years of post-Master clinical experience related to mental health issues and case management services.
- 2+ years of clinic management, operations, and supervision experience.

Familiarity and passion for working with families impacted by homeless, substance abuse, and mental illness.

Bilingual English / Spanish desired.

Must be a LCSW or a LMSW.

Master’s degree.
-
Exceptional ability to thrive while working in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
