Details:

• Completely remote role!
• Awesome, fun-loving and highly collaborative team!
• 20-25 hours a week, schedule flexible between 9 am and 5 pm PST
• $38- $45 hourly to start
• Long term contract

What You Will Need:

• Friendly, positive personality that is excited to help others and can work well with vendors.
• Experience with MacOS, Microsoft Systems, Servers and Desktops
• Experience with Salesforce or related CRM experience
• Experience with Zendesk or related ticketing system experience

Position Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will be acting as a technical resource to internal users, responding to inquiries and resolving end user issues in a way that supports and promotes standardized IT processes and best practices in security and scalability.
• Troubleshooting, maintaining and installing of technical environment remotely
• Overseeing security desk monitoring info security
• Working heavily with Salesforce, MacOS, Windows and Zendesk ticketing system.
• Managing vendor relations.
