Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for a Temporary Property Manager for our client, a small real estate development company focused on building strong and value-driven communities. This is a six-month contract located in the Fremont District in Seattle, WA.

 

As the Property Manager, you will collaborate with our team to manage leases, financials and tenant needs and serve as a liaison for contractors, landlords and the accounting department.

 

What will you do in this role?

  • Draft leases and manage the lease calendar
  • Show spaces and coordinate tenant and broker relationship
  • Keep property Rent Rolls up-to-date
  • Handle tenant billing and collect delinquencies (if needed)
  • Set up an operating budget for R&M and Capital Expenses
  • Perform annual NNN reconciliation
  • Schedule and oversee recurring maintenance items

 

What can you bring to this opportunity?

  • 5+ years of property management
  • 3+ years working in commercial real estate
  • 2+ years using QuickBooks
  • Light building maintenance experience is a plus

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Location: Fremont District, role is mostly remote except for the first 2 weeks of training and one day a week in office.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Pay rate range: $38-$42 per hour
  • Job type: Contract, 6 months
  • Medical benefits are offered to purchase during the temp period through Scion Staffing
