Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for an Accounting Clerk for our client, an in-home nursing care facility in North Seattle, WA.

 

As the Accounting Clerk you will work with our Full Charge Bookkeeper and use your excellent organizational skills to perform administrative and accounting tasks. You will also be able to work through client and employee issues over the phone.

 

What will you do in this role?

  • Print, send and apply deposits to 70+ invoices weekly
  • Answer phones and provide administrative support
  • Handle client and employee issues regarding payroll
  • Work on collections with vendors and clients

 

What can you bring to this opportunity?

  • 1-2 years QuickBooks experience
  • 1-2 years Accounting experience
  • 1-2 years Accounts Receivable experience
  • 1-2 years Payroll experience
  • 1-2 years Collection’s experience
  • Recent college graduates encouraged to apply!

 

Compensation/other details:

  • Location: Onsite at the Seattle office
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
  • Pay rate range: $21-$23 per hour
  • Job Type: contract, no exact length for this project.
  • Medical benefits are offered to purchase during the temp period through Scion Staffing
