Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for a Showroom Manager for our client, an ethical and environmentally responsible fine jewelry company. This role is for immediate hire and located in the University District in Seattle, WA.
 
As the Showroom Manager, you will build and mentor our team of Jewelry Consultants, Retail Sales Assistants, and Concierges to ensure high-level customer satisfaction and drive sales goals. This is a full-time position, and the schedule will fall between the hours of 9:30am-7:30pm including weekends.
 
What will you do in this role?
  • Help to recruit and manage a sales team of 4-5 assistants focused on team KPI’s, sales targets and high-level customer service
  • Collaborate with the Operations Analysts to develop an efficient team schedule
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain a highly functional, luxury environment in our showroom
  • Create memorable experiences for customers through live chats, phone calls, and/or in-person appointments
  • Utilize sales strategies and problem-solving to assist and guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions
  • Maintain demonstrated responsibility and accountability for meeting personal metrics and team sales targets
  • Participate in cross-department collaboration to keep operations running smoothly
 
What can you bring to this opportunity?
  • 5+ years of experience working in eCommerce or retail management
  • 5+ years of experience with a CRM system or customer focused channel software system
  • An ability to adhere to and implement security policies and procedures regarding high value products
  • An eager to learn attitude and desire to grow in a dynamic work environment
  • An interest in social and environmental responsibility within an organization
 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive annual base salary of $65,000-$85,000!
  • $15,000 bonus for meeting target sales goals, bonus is uncapped if sales goals are exceeded!
  • Schedule will be full-time between the hours of 9:30am-7:30pm including weekends.
