Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for a Customer Experience Concierge for our client, an ethical and environmentally responsible fine jewelry company. This role is for immediate hire and located in the University District in Seattle, WA.
 
As the Customer Experience Concierge, you will enthusiastically greet customers and work to deliver a premium and memorable experience while keeping the showroom in top condition. This is a full-time position, and the schedule will fall between the hours of 9:30 am-7:30 pm including weekends.
 
What will you do in this role?
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers and greet them with professionalism and warmth
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and be able to communicate our mission and company values to our walk-in customers
  • Tactfully enforce policies in the waiting room to ensure safety and a pleasant experience
  • Arrange appointments post-sale and assist with pick-up instructions, exchanges, and re-sizing of products
  • Open and close the waiting room and showroom and keep all areas in pristine condition. This may include light maintenance and troubleshooting minor repairs
  • Send and receive our product and reconcile inventory in the computer system
  • Follow all policy to ensure the security of the high-value product
 
What can you bring to this opportunity?
  • 2 years of high-end hospitality experience
  • 2 years front desk experience
  • 2 years Mac OS experience
  • 2 years POS experience
  • Passion to provide exceptional customer service
  • An interest in social and environmental responsibility within an organization
 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • A competitive hourly pay rate of $20 per hour!
  • Schedule will be full-time between the hours of 9:30 am-7:30 pm including weekends.
