Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for a Retail Fulfillment Associate for our client, an ethical and environmentally responsible fine jewelry company. This role is for immediate hire and located in the University District in Seattle, WA.

As the Retail Fulfillment Associate, you will perform fulfillment and operational needs including shipping and receiving as well as maintaining inventory controls of high-end product. You will also collaborate with our Retail Concierge to provide outstanding and memorable service to our customers. This is a full-time position, and the schedule will fall between the hours of 9:30am-7:30pm including weekends.

What will you do in this role?

• Send and receive product and reconcile inventory in our computer system
• Coordinate order fulfillment including packaging product, keeping inventory and maintaining operational organization
• Follow all policy to ensure the security of high value product
• Arrange appointments post-sale and assist with pick-up instructions, exchanges, and re-sizing of products.
• Tactfully enforce policies in the waiting room to ensure safety and a pleasant experience.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and be able to communicate our mission and company values while providing a memorable experience for our customers
• Oversee all aspects of the environment to ensure maximum comfort for our customers

What can you bring to this opportunity?

• 2 years of inventory control experience
• 2 years shipping and receiving experience
• 2 years high end hospitality experience
• 2 years Mac OS experience
• 2 years POS experience
• An interest in social and environmental responsibility within an organization

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary of $42k-$44k annually
• Schedule will be full-time between the hours of 9:30am-7:30pm including weekends
