Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for a Retail Manager for our incredible, well established client, who has an emphasis on luxury goods and is new to the local scene! This role is for immediate hire and located in Austin, TX!

The Retail Manager will build and mentor a high-powered team of product-specific Consultants, Retail Sales Assistants and Retail Concierges to ensure high level customer satisfaction and drive sales goals. This is a full-time position, which requires the ability to work between the hours of 9:30 AM -7:30 PM as well as weekends.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help to recruit and manage a sales team of 4-5 assistants focused on team KPI’s, sales targets and high-level customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to develop an efficient team schedule and maintain a highly functional, luxury environment in our client’s showroom.
  • Create memorable experiences for customers through live chats, phone calls, and/or in-person appointments.
  • Utilize sales strategies and problem-solving to assist and guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain demonstrated responsibility and accountability for meeting and exceeding personal metrics and team sales targets.
  • Participate in cross-departmental collaboration to keep operations running smoothly.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience working in ecommerce or retail management (emphasis on luxury goods or jewelry).
  • 5+ years’ CRM experience with a customer focused channel software system.
  • Proven ability to adhere to and implement security policies and procedures regarding high-end products.
  • Curious nature/eager-to-learn attitude with the desire to grow professionally within a dynamic environment.
  • Genuine interest in organizational social and environmental responsibility.


Compensation & Benefits:

Starting compensation includes a competitive annual salary of $60-80K as well as up to $15K as annual bonus (based on team's ability to achieve defined revenue goals for meeting target sales goals. Bonus is uncapped if sales goals are exceeded.
