Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for a Development Director for a national nonprofit at the forefront of providing resources and a path to skilled careers for adults without bachelor’s degrees. They offer flexible programs for underemployed and unemployed adults combining coaching, online learning, and peer support creating an extremely scalable model in this field. ***This role is based remotely permanently from anywhere in the US.

The Development Director is responsible for planning and directing fund development activities for this rapidly scaling nonprofit organization. The Director reports to the Chief Business Officer of the organization and has the primary responsibility to create new partnerships with foundation and high net-worth individuals. The foundations can be institutional, family, or corporate foundations. This role will also blend the targets of new targets and expanding current funders which include some of the largest foundations in the country.

This is a pivotal senior-level position within our client’s organization, and thus offers amazing potential for growth, creativity, and exciting new, innovative projects!

Salary:
This role pays a base salary of $95-100k and includes robust benefits.
