Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for an Assistant Manager for our client, a neighborhood specialty tool and home improvement store located in Lombard, IL.

As the Assistant Manager, you will have a solid background in retail hardware and a strong desire to develop your management skills in this role. No cashiering, no ladders, no unloading trucks, just good ole fashioned customer service, and an opportunity for advancement with a great company!

What will you do in this role?

• Utilize your specialized knowledge of tools to optimize sales
• Provide excellent retail customer service
• Assist with pulling orders
• Put away stock and maintain an organized sales floor
• Answer phones and handle customer inquiries

What can you bring to this opportunity?

• 2-4 years of Retail Sales experience
• 1-2 years of Hardware/Power Tools experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $20 per hour
• Store hours are: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm / Saturday 8am-2pm. Your 40 hours will fall into that schedule.
• Location: Onsite, Lombard, IL
