Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Lead Guest Service Associate for our client, a one-of-a-kind conservatory in Westminster, CO! This exciting direct-hire position is full-time, onsite, and for immediate hire!
Summary:
The Lead Guest Service Associate is a critical member in providing world-class service to our client’s guests. They are responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of admissions and supervision of service associates and the overall satisfaction of guests.

What You Will Be Doing:
-Create a warm inclusive environment for guests providing exceptional customer service.
-Oversee the admissions process, including cash handling, answering incoming emails and phone calls.
-Keep all associates aware of current events.
-Oversee the membership process.
-Train new employees of opening and closing procedures including counting the drawers and preparing the deposit.

-Prior customer service experience and cash handling experience.
