Scion Staffing has been engaged to lead the search for an experienced Sales Representative with a rapidly growing Dental Implant company in Southern California (Orange County to San Diego territory). This is a direct-hire opportunity offering a competitive base salary, commission, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to get in the door early with a company that is rapidly expanding! This position is a hybrid role (combination of remote and onsite).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with existing, and potential, customers to build strong relationships to increase Sales and convert clients from competitors
• Represent the product in a way that builds loyalty and improves patient care through increased use of our products
• Attend online and in person Courses to assist and build relationships with attendees
• Proactively contact customers in assigned territory to introduce new solutions and product
• Sell packages to achieve assigned sales quotas for specified territory
• Create, present, and follow up on sales proposals
• Drive attendance to marketing and CE Courses by prospecting new potential customers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Collaborative sales professional excited by the idea of personally contributing to the growth and success of their customers
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 2+ years of relevant business development experience (medical/dental sales preferred)
• New business development experience required (in a healthcare setting preferred)
• Demonstrated success in a metric-driven/quota environment
• Proven ability to develop opportunities from ideation to execution
• Willingness to comply with company policies and government regulations
• Ability to travel in the local territory up to 25% of the time as needed by scheduled appointments or to meet the customer needs
• Ability to travel outside of local region, for regional or national meetings
• Must have reliable transportation

COMPENSATION

This opportunity offers an annual base salary of $65,000+ (DOE), plus commission based on sales quotas being met. Our client also offers health insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.
