Scion Technical Search has been engaged to conduct a search for Director of Product Management on behalf of their client, a stable, growing and well funded Series B startup in the ecommerce/logistics space. What will you be doing?

• Owning and defining new product features, creating product qualification roadmaps and criteria for our clients responsive B2B ecommerce software and logistics products.
• Working cross collaboratively with our client’s engineering and design teams and client-facing stakeholders to create intricate use cases, API specifications, user flows and related documentation.
• Driving market research and competitive analysis to support overall product roadmap, feature specifications and timelines.
• Leading the execution in driving resolutions of any product defects or aid in testing.
• Growing out our client’s product management team and defining performance and success metrics as needed.

What will you need?

• Experience working as a product manager for a web based/responsive product/platform.
• Industry experience in B2B ecommerce product experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly personality with the ability to work very cross collaboratively with engineering and sales teams.
• Highly experienced in product management within Agile environments.
• Experience in driving product success measurement through the definition of key metrics.
• B.S. in Comp Sci or equivalent expertise
