Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Footwear Brand Manager for our client, a well-known online retail branding agency, located in Vancouver, WA! This is a remote, full-time position and is for immediate hire!
 
This role offers you the ability to showcase your marketing and branding expertise to make a direct impact growing client’s brand exposure. If you have a passion for the outdoor industry and interest in digital marketplaces, then we look forward to meeting you soon!
 
What you’ll be doing:
  • Building strong relationships and partnerships with client brands.
  • Collaborating cross-departmentally to define and execute brand strategy.
  • Overseeing branding projects and ensuring they adhere to the budget.
  • Collaborating with the Brand Manager to ensure content is aligned with clients’ needs.
  • Improving brand-driven customer experience.
  • Leading research studies to yield insights into consumer behavior and develop brand marketing strategy.
  • Supporting continuous process improvement across the entire supply chain.
  • Defining success criteria and understanding brand needs in evolving changing business environments.
     
What you need to be successful:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in account management or a relationship focused position.
  • Knowledge of the Footwear retail marketplace activity and competitors.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Data-driven and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
 
Compensation and Benefits:
This wonderful opportunity offers a competitive annual base salary of between $70,000 and $90,000 (DOE).
