Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Financial Analyst on behalf of our client, a multinational manufacturing and distribution company in Portland, OR. As a key member of the Finance team, the Financial Analyst is responsible for budgeting/forecasting and providing financial and commercial support. What you’ll be doing:

Provide a thorough analysis of financial and business performance across the Americas region to support strategic and operational decision making.

Develop and implement metrics, tools, processes, and reporting.

Utilize KPI reports / Business scorecard to monitor performance and trends.
-
Collaborate with the Sales team to determine profitability for pricing reviews and return on investment calculations.
-
Deliver improvement in reporting to meet business requirements/sales characteristics and additional reports as identified.
-
Partner with the business as the commercial/financial support for ad hoc projects.

Support monthly financial close and annual tax filings as required.
What you have to offer:
-
Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
-
CPA and CMA is a plus!
-
5 years or more experience of large multinational business experience
-
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Excellent written, verbal and relationship building skills
-
Highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-
Self-driven and motivated with a strong outcome orientation
-
Advance Excel skills essential
-
Experience in Dynamics 365 and Power BI is a plus!
