Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Business Systems Analyst for our client, an innovative industry leader in engineering of niche equipment and productivity technology located in Portland, OR. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, solutions-oriented Business professional to make a positive organizational impact for our client through the use of innovative technology. If you have extensive experience implementing process improvement and business systems within a technology driven organization, and have a passion to make an impact through efficient process solutions, we would love to hear from you! This full-time, long term contract is for immediate hire and has flexible working hours!
 
 
SUMMARY:
The Business Systems Analyst will integrate themselves across the organization to identify areas in need of business improvement and efficiency for all stakeholders through the use of technology.  
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze business processes in order to identify process inefficiencies.
  • Make technology driven recommendations for organizational solutions and improvements.
  • Act as liaison between different functional stakeholders within the organization.
  • Analyze and communicate business stakeholder needs through translation into software requirements.
  • Use research testing and data to improve the process of information to enhance business outcomes.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • You come with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance or any related fields.
  • You hold 5+ years’ experience implementing process improvements throughout an organization.
  • You come with both strong technical skills and business change management experience.
  • You are a creative and strategic solutions oriented professional.
  • You have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • If you are bilingual in Spanish or French this is a plus!
 
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This career opportunity offers the opportunity to work at an innovative company and provides a starting hourly pay of $31.00/hr.
