Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Part-Time Enrollment Specialist (Remote) for our client, one of the largest independent childcare centers within Seattle city limits. This contract position that will last at least 3 months, is part-time, remote but candidates need to be within Seattle or surrounding areas and is for immediate hire!
 
Perks:

-Part-time, Monday through Friday with a pay rate of up to $25.00 per hour!

What You Will Be Doing:
-Be day to day lead with external partners and internal stakeholders.
-Facilitate enrollment process between all of our clients Seattle area centers.
-Answer questions as necessary from perspective families and staff.
-Make optimization recommendations on enrollment process.
-Creating reporting structure to track leads and potential enrollment candidates.
-Execute weekly reporting plan to internal stakeholders.
-Support management team in any other general operations functions as needed.

What You Have to Offer:
-Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; outlook, excel, word.
-Personable, hardworking, and a go-getter!
