As the Recruiting Manager, you will bring your passion for Human Resources and Recruiting to successfully tackle challenges and remove barriers to excellence! This role is a blend of Recruiting, Employee Retention & Engagement, Labor Relations, and California Compliance HR law.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of two Recruiters
• Partner with the Regional Leadership Team to develop strategies that enhance the teammate experience and align with regional and organizational goals
• Take ownership of the Talent Acquisition process nationally
• Establish recruitment processes and KPIs for internal teams
• Design, evolve and manage programs to improve employee engagement, morale, performance, and retention
• Act as a coach and advisor to leaders and offer thoughtful solutions to complex issues
• Conduct effective, thorough, and objective HR investigations and make recommendations for resolution while driving a culture of trust and respect
• Identify training and development needs and facilitate tailored learning experiences that support individual, team, and organizational growth
• Work with the marketing team to develop social media presence and corporate communications

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience and a specific passion for Talent Acquisition
• Experience working with Union Employees and Labor Relations is required
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of California Human Resources Compliance and Regulations
• Experience implementing employee engagement procedures, retention strategies, and performance management programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Access, PPT

Compensation & Additional Details:

• Job Type: Direct Hire
• Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000 annually
• Location: This role is remote for now but will go back into the office in Brisbane, CA at some point.
