Scion Staffing (https://www.scionstaffing.com/) is searching for a talented Office Administrator for our client, a longstanding niche law firm. We are seeking a long-term administrative professional for their family-oriented team. This position is based in beautiful Lake Oswego, Oregon, and will be an in-office position, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The law firm has an established client base and the Founder has more than forty years of expertise in the field. The predominant percentage of their work is in Multnomah and Washington County. The Founder/Senior Counsel member will still be involved in the practice, but his son, the Attorney at the firm, will be taking over more and more in time. The Office Administrator will partner closely with the Attorney and will act as his right hand in all office management responsibilities.  
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
  • Put hearings on the calendar and perform calendaring.
  • Manage deadlines and caseloads.
  • Assist with appeal deadlines.
  • Track changes, activities, and rescheduling tasks.
  • Maintain their appeal status system.
  • Maintain the file system log.
  • Help with the engagement letter process.
  • Perform receptionist duties as needed.

  • This position with our Client requires employees to report to work at a physical location. As a cautionary measure, our Client is asking all employees to be fully vaccinated by the date of hire. Compensation and Benefits:
