Scion Staffing, an award-winning recruitment firm, is seeking a highly motivated and upbeat Recruitment Search Associate to join our growing team in Portland, Oregon! Reporting to the National Executive Search Principal, this full-time role is currently remote and may eventually operate onsite from an office in downtown Portland.

Our national team seeks a driven, technology-savvy, and recruitment-minded professional who is hungry to learn and lead processes which will significantly impact the growth and successful operation of our award-winning search firm. This exciting position directly supports and contributes to tangible work on behalf of a national executive search team; focusing on the creation of written executive summaries, managing client/candidate correspondence, conducting research, and facilitating project management related activities.

Key position responsibilities:
  • Work with and directly support the National Executive Search Principal on complex searches which help national organizations and local clients alike.
  • Facilitate positive, timely, and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the organization and management of high-level projects.
  • Support proactive development of talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate schedules (internal and external) and organize calendars for searches/prospects.
  • Perform reference verifications.
  • Create written presentations/generate reports.
  • Edit and proofread emails and executive documents.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive attitude and passion to do work every day that makes impact!
  • Successful history with learning/utilizing various databases and software programs.
  • Advanced level knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A demonstrated interest in HR/Recruiting.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proven success in working and learning quickly with unmatched attention to detail.
  • Desire to work hard, have fun, and drive projects to completion!
Salary and Benefits:
