Scion Nonprofit Staffing, (www.scionnonprofitstaffing.com), a full-service national staffing firm, has been engaged to conduct a search for a Temporary Recruiter for immediate hire for our client, a well-known housing organization committed to eliminating homelessness in Seattle, WA! This is truly an amazing position with an incredible team that is passionate, collaborative, and welcoming! Short term contract and you must live within commuting distance to Seattle, WA for equipment pickup and drop off.

As a Temporary Recruiter, you will have experience recruiting Building Assistants, Case Managers, Building Coordinators, Janitors, and Maintenance Technicians and be responsible for understanding current recruitment needs, posting open positions, screening candidates, and overseeing communication with candidates from start to finish on a fully remote basis.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Work with a great team sourcing, interviewing, and placing exceptional talent!
• Posting recruitment ads to job boards to attract top-notch talent
• Reviewing and screening resumes with keen attention to detail
• Connect with a diverse cross-section of candidates through phone screens and interviews
• Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules; provide coaching and interview preparation
• Utilize the ATS extensively to maintain thorough candidate tracking, candidate and client notes, and schedule appointments
• Maintain email correspondence with clients, candidates, and internal staff
• Ensure proper follow-through on candidate onboarding, reference, and background checks

What You Have To Offer:

• 3+ years of Recruiting experience
• 3+ years of experience using an ATS
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams
• Must have reliable Wi-Fi at home

Compensation & Additional Details:

• Job Type: Short term contract
• Pay Rate: $33 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm
• Location: Local remote. You must live within commuting distance to Seattle, WA to pick up and drop off equipment
• Medical benefits are available through Scion Staffing upon eligibility
