Scion Nonprofit Staffing (www.scionnonprofitstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for a Temporary Recruiter for our client, a nonprofit organization that strives to enrich the lives of the local Indigenous community by providing a variety of resources and assistance. This is a 3-6 Month Contract opportunity, that is primarily remote, but requires you to be local to Seattle, WA for occasional in-office work.

As the Temporary Recruiter, you will bring your full-cycle recruiting expertise and commitment to humanitarianism to help those in need find suitable careers to improve the lives of those in the community!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Work with a diverse candidate pool, sourcing, interviewing, and placing exceptional talent!
• Post recruitment ads to job boards to attract top-notch talent
• Review and screen resumes with keen attention to detail
• Connect with a diverse cross-section of candidates through phone screens and interviews
• Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules; provide coaching and interview preparation
• Utilize the ATS extensively to maintain thorough candidate tracking, candidate and client notes, and schedule appointments
• Maintain email correspondence with clients, candidates, and internal staff
• Ensure proper follow-through on candidate onboarding, reference, and background checks

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Social Services Recruiting experience
• Proficiency with MS Office with Teams
• Proficiency with an ATS
• Experience working with diverse backgrounds and a commitment to equity!
• This position with our client requires employees to report to work at a physical location. As a cautionary measure, the client is asking all workers to be fully vaccinated for COVID -19 by the date of hire. Compensation & Additional Details:

• Pay Rate: $32-$34 Per Hour  
• Job Type: 3-6 Month Contract
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Location: Remote, but must be within commuting distance to the office in Seattle, WA for onboarding candidates
• Medical benefits are available through Scion Staffing upon eligibility
