Scion Technical Search has been engaged to conduct a search for a fully Remote Sr. Manager Tech Learning & Innovation on behalf of our client, an amazing organization that is focused on catalyzing the careers of unemployed and underemployed individuals across the US.

This position is full time, completely remote and pays competitively, $95K - $110K annually in addition to incredible benefits including but not limited to a 4 day work week, unlimited PTO, great schedule flexibility, a culture of promotions/raise, monthly credits for internet, cell phone and professional development/further learning. Additionally, our client offers two fully paid weeks off during the December holidays in addition to a full week off for 4th of July.

The ideal candidate for this role will be very passionate about technology and will be comfortable strategizing with subject matter experts in IT, UX Design, Java Programming and more. Our client is looking for a candidate that is highly creative and excited to create new and successful avenues for professionals looking to heighten their potential and careers!

What you will be doing:

  • Designing our client’s learning content strategy through partnering with third party curriculum and content creators.
  • Ensuring that the learning experience is meeting industry standard goals, remains high quality and scalable across a variety of technical programs.
  • Researching and evaluating new course content and curriculum creators to implement with in-class providers.
  • Managing a few subject matter experts (consultants) that are putting together curriculum for students.
  • Analyzing learner feedback data and giving feedback to SME’s on curriculum content.

What you will need:

  • Professional experience as an instructional designer or e-learning professional.
  • Experience working in the tech industry and comfortability in working directly with IT professionals, engineers and designers.
  • Great communication skills!
    Experience in using data to make informed decisions regarding learning strategy.
  • Passion to empower under-employed, underrepresented groups in the US!
  • Ability to work completely remotely.

Compensation:

This position is full time, completely remote and pays competitively, $85K - $95K annually in addition to incredible benefits including but not limited to a 4 day work week, unlimited PTO, great schedule flexibility, a culture of promotions/raise, monthly credits for internet, cell phone and professional development/further learning. Our client provides 4 month paid parental leave, health, dental, vision, FSAs, 401Ks and health reimbursement accounts. Additionally, our client offers two fully paid weeks off during the December holidays in addition to a full week off for 4th of July.
