Scion Nonprofit Staffing (www.scionnonprofitstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for a Recruiting Coordinator for immediate hire for our client, a family run restaurant group committed to supporting the local community, and sourcing from artisan purveyors. This is an amazing Full-Time, Contract-To-Hire opportunity working onsite in Sausalito, CA.


As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will work directly with the HR Generalist to help support in the hiring of restaurant employees for various locations! You will use your organizational skills, collaborative attitude, and outgoing personality to help source, screen, and hire exceptional talent! What You Will Be Doing:

  • Post job advertisements on various job sites
  • Seek out and maintain community organization relationships to increase the exposure of vacant roles
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for front line and management candidates at airport restaurant concepts
  • Coordinate and conduct phone and in-person interviews
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Send offer packages and extend job offers
  • Manage employee offboarding process
  • Ensure legal compliance with Federal, State and local laws


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Recruiting experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite is required
  • Experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • This position with our client requires employees to report to work at a physical location. As a cautionary measure, the client is asking all workers to be fully vaccinated for COVID -19 by the date of hire. Compensation & Additional Details:
