Isaac is an established human resources and search expert. As the founder of Scion Staffing, Isaac enjoys running socially conscious businesses that benefit and support local communities. Isaac received a degree in law from Golden Gate University and he studied economics at the University of Oregon. Outside of work, Isaac enjoys spending time with his family, painting, playing guitar, and basketball.

Kim Bartelt is dedicated to serving our clients and finding creative ways to partner and ensure hiring success. Feeling strongly that sales is truly relationship-based, Kim enjoys the journey of mentoring internal leaders, meeting new people, building successful teams, and helping our devoted clients grow their impact. When not working, Kim enjoys taking trips to the coast, spending time with her husband, two boys, adorable Havenese puppy, and family and friends in Wisconsin.

Elissa is a managing director who is most fulfilled when helping people to grow professionally. Leveraging her own career experience to deliver results, Elissa’s vision and ability to nurture relationships leads to long-term solutions and success. Elissa enjoys yoga and hiking and lives with her family in Texas.

Joshua is a motivated executive finance and operational professional who has spent many years working in management and program services in the nonprofit business sector prior to joining Scion. After earning his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Portland State University, Joshua began his career focused on accounting supervisory roles. He loves mission-driven work, exploring the outdoors, great wine and spending time with his family and friends in Ohio.
