• Competitive Salary (Guaranteed base Salary + Production) $80,000-$100,000/yr target

• Hours are Mon-Sat. Open at 8:30am, close at noon for lunch from 12-2, then re-open from 2-6pm. Sat. hours are 8:30-12pm.

Qualification and experience needed:

• A DVM with interest in small animal general practice, looking for a doctor who is interested in running and operating the hospital.
• Invested in building trusting relationships with clients, colleagues and community
• Mindset and drive to grow skill set an ability and the desire to mentor and train staff to keep them growing and excelling
• Feel accountable to our clients, patients and team
• Comfort or desire to grow in the surgery suite
• Motivated for continuous personal and professional growth
